We can also combine online training with face to face.

We are looking for just 3 Galway based ladies to have personal training in a private gym, access to our Bootcamps and 24 hour support via our online coaching system.
This is designed to completely transform your health, fitness and improve your body confidence.This programme is suitable for weight loss or just toning up and getting strong.
Due to the nature of this program the following criteria must be met in order to apply:
Do you fit into the following criteria?
Are between 20-75 years old
Have a positive attitude
Live or work in Galway city or suburbs
Keen to get fit,toned, lean and healthy
Want more energy and focus
Fed up of boring, overcrowded commercial gyms
Prepared to train a minimum of 30 mins, 45 mins or 1 hour sessions a week in a private studio on the Headford Road?
Want to be able to enjoy clothes shopping again.
Prepared to follow an adaptable nutrition programme.
Willing to work with unique training,nutrition and lifestyle coaching aimed at getting fast and lasting results
Willing to apply and listen to our coaching methods
Not afraid of hard work
Have an end goal and are prepared to work hard for it.
Not looking for the cheapest trainers in town.
We are only taking on 3 clients, successful applicants will be interviewed over the phone and then a face to face consultation will be arranged to discuss your goals in depth.
